Please note that the size and color may vary slightly between each item because everything is carefully handmade and made to order.
Please note: We use minimal edits on our photos to create a cohesive balance throughout our branding and take pictures at peak hours with the best lighting, but we try to stay as close to the actual colors as possible when listing each item on our website. Also, note colors may vary depending on your screen.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Because everything is handmade and made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be delivered. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. We try our hardest to get your products to you as soon as possible. So we thank you for your patience!
Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues/arrival time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation when your items have shipped. Please check that all shipping/billing addresses are correct before placing your order!
My shipping address is incorrect. How do I change it?
Please email any shipping adjustments to email@example.com as soon as possible. Once the order is placed, you will have a 48 hour window period to change the address.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada! We will soon offer international shipping to other countries. Please note all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we offer custom orders. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on your custom orders or Direct Message (DM) us on Instagram @avail.knit !
What do you offer as custom orders?
All rainbows and tassel garlands are available for custom orders. If you would like a custom order for another product we sell, other than rainbows and tassel garlands, please email us at email@example.com for inquires. No guarantees on custom order demands.
Is there an extra fee for custom orders?
Yes, there are custom order fees. See below for flat fees:
Tassel Garlands- $10/each
Note: If the yarn you request is a particular type of yarn, we do not offer or unique color; additional fees may be applied on a custom order basis. When we discuss the options, a final price will be concluded.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on wholesale pricing.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. But we will always be willing to chat and make sure you are helped with any orders/issues!
Where do the 3% donations go to?
3% donations are collected from every sale and are remitted to Mercy House Global every six months. (Please go to our Give Back Page to read more about this fantastic non-profit)
How does the beanie drive work for the Cancer Wing at Texas Children's Hospital?
From EVERY beanie purchase you make each year, proceeds will be taken to go towards resources + materials needed to hand-make beanies to be donated the following winter before Christmas (proceeds collected. All beanies will be donated to cancer patients at Texas Children's Hospital to help keep them warm + cozy in the hospitals.
